The Challenge

The store owner was looking for a way to customize their discount tag, by adding a icon as well as changing the text and including a background color.

The Shopify editor does not allow for this, so to create this feature, a custom code solution was needed.

The Solution

Using custom CSS/HTML, I was able to help the store owner with this issue.

This was able to allow them to beautifully display their product discounts in a way that is visually appealing to customers, and can further incite them to purchase a product.
